The official told that it couldn’t make sure, UN agency were behind the attack and not any militant cluster have took the responsibility of this open shooting, before this incident, some armed individuals have killed during a wayside blast.

On the opposite hand, Iraqi Parliament member Nahida al-Dayani aforementioned that at the time of incident nearly a hundred and fifty individuals were busy in giving of weekday prayer and killed several with the assistance of their shooting.
