Google, Rockstar comply with settle patent litigation-filing

Rockstar, that counts Apple INC as AN capitalist, outbid Google and paid $4.5 billion in 2011 for thousands of former Nortel Network firm patents because the networking product provider went bankrupt.
Last year, Rockstar sued Google and several other telephone makers whose phones care for Google´s automaton OS.

WASHINGTON: Google has united to settle proceedings with patent pool Rockstar, tho' terms of the deal weren't disclosed in an exceedingly court filing created public in the week.
