North Korea Refuses to carry High Level Talks With Republic of Korea

The North Korean Defense Commission sent a fax message refusing the proposal expressed that talks cannot resume till Republic of Korea doesn't stop anti-Pyongyang leaflets.
The ministry’s representative, Lim Byeong-cheol aforementioned that sadly the talks can not be prevailed October thirty as scheduled  as a result of inexcusable demands of D.P.R.K..
Earlier, Republic of Korea planned a session of high level negotiations over bilateral clashes; it might be the second spherical of negotiations in seven years.
North Korea has refused to carry the high level talks offered by Republic of Korea to resolve the bilateral conflicts, Republic of Korea ministry of Unification expressed on Wed.
